This action is permanent
Deleting your account removes your usage history, insights, goals, and preferences. This cannot be undone.
Option 1 — Delete in the app
- Open the Hush app on your Android device
- Go to Settings
- Scroll to Account
- Tap Delete account
- Confirm when prompted
Your account and data will be scheduled for deletion immediately. Removal from our systems completes within 30 days.
Option 2 — Request by email
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address linked to your Google account:

Subject: Delete my Hush account
Include the email address associated with your Google Sign-In. We will verify ownership and process your request within 7 business days.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile (name, email from Google Sign-In)
- All foreground app usage history
- Daily insights, summaries, and reports
- Goal selections and delivery preferences
- Push notification tokens
What happens after deletion
- You will be signed out immediately (in-app deletion)
- Push notifications will stop
- You may sign up again with the same Google account later — it will be a fresh account with no history
- Revoke Usage Access in Android Settings → Apps → Special app access → Usage access if you no longer want Hush to read usage data
Data we may retain
We may retain anonymized, aggregated analytics that cannot identify you, and records required by law (e.g. transaction logs if you purchased a subscription). See our Privacy Policy for details.
